How to store your olive oil
To preserve the flavour and quality of the olive oil:
Keep the container tightly sealed in a cool, dry place, away from light and sources of heat. Avoid storing the olive oil near the hob, the oven or a window exposed to direct sunlight. After each use, reseal the container immediately.
Also choose a size that suits your consumption rate, to prevent the container from remaining open for too long.
